I need a repeatable workflow that, once a week, pulls every contact from my Google account and Zoho CRM, merges them, removes any duplicates, and exports the result as an eBook (PDF or ePub is fine). The finished book must: • list the contacts alphabetically • show each person’s email address, phone number, and physical address exactly as stored in the source systems You’re free to achieve the sync however you prefer—direct API calls, a custom script, or an automation platform such as Zapier, Make, or similar—as long as the process is fully automated and hands-off for me after setup. I only care that the contacts are accurate, alphabetized, and delivered in a clean, professionally formatted eBook every week.
