I need someone who can jump in quickly, keep communication concise, and deliver visible improvements without inflating the original bid. What I need tackled first • Performance comes top of the list: 120 unminified JavaScript/CSS assets, 56 pages each loading far too many files, and an overall low text-to-HTML ratio. Minify, combine, defer—whatever best lifts the page-speed scores. • At the same time, sort out theme compatibility and any related vulnerability warnings so future updates don’t break the layout or expose the site. • Two fresh pages must be built (content is ready on my end) and dropped neatly into the existing navigation. Secondary clean-up tasks • Remove or fix the 3 blocked internal resources flagged in robots.txt. • Replace the 53 external links returning 403s, and rewrite the 35 vague anchor texts so they actually describe the target. • Enable HSTS on the two subdomains still serving without it. Deliverables I will accept 1. Lighthouse / GTmetrix reports showing improved scores for desktop and mobile. 2. Two new pages fully styled, responsive, and cross-browser tested. 3. A brief changelog outlining every file you touched and any theme patches applied.
