I’m building a small, energetic team and need one versatile professional who can wear two hats—website manager and marketing strategist. On the website side you’ll take ownership of routine content edits, design refinements, and the introduction of new functionality. High on my priority list is splitting the current site into two password-protected dashboards: one for students, the other for teachers. Each space must support • grading input and display • assignment uploads and feedback • clear class schedules that teachers can update in real time. If you’re comfortable working with modern stacks—HTML / CSS, JavaScript frameworks, basic databases or CMS plugins—and you’ve recently sharpened those skills in a bootcamp or self-study setting, this will be a great place to apply what you’ve learned. Your second hat is marketing. I’ll lean on you to plan and execute campaigns across social, search and email, handle promotions, and refine our messaging as we scale. You won’t inherit a rigid playbook; instead you’ll test ideas, track performance and double down on what works. Deliverables will be reviewed against: • a fully functional, mobile-friendly dual-dashboard release • documented update process for future content/design tweaks • a 30-day marketing calendar with measurable goals and agreed KPIs. If growing alongside an ambitious project excites you, let’s start mapping out the first milestones together.
