I want to add an AI-powered chat window to my website so visitors can receive instant, 24/7 technical assistance. The engine behind it must be OpenAI’s ChatGPT, fine-tuned or otherwise conditioned with the product manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides I will supply. Here’s what I expect: • A clean, responsive chat widget that fits our site’s look and works on all modern browsers. • Server-side code (Python or Node.js preferred, but I’m open) that calls the ChatGPT API, injects our custom knowledge base, and returns concise, helpful answers. • Confidence tracking: when the model seems unsure, the conversation should escalate automatically—ideally by handing off to Zendesk or, at minimum, emailing the transcript to our support inbox. • Conversation logging with basic analytics so we can review recurring pain points; exportable to CSV is fine. • Clear installation and deployment steps so I can spin this up on our VPS without digging through code. Acceptance criteria 1. Widget loads in under two seconds on my staging site. 2. At least 90 % of my 30 sample technical queries receive correct, context-rich answers. 3. Admin interface (or script) lets me download chat logs. 4. A README or short video shows the setup and a demo interaction. Please deliver all source files, documentation, and any auxiliary assets required to run the chatbot in production.
