I need a developer who can embed real-time voice calling and chat messaging into both my website and mobile app so our customer-support team can speak with visitors without asking them to leave the page. Scope • Build or configure a WebRTC-based voice channel that launches from a “Call Support” button. • Add a live-chat panel that shares the same session so an agent can switch between typing and talking seamlessly. • Provide the APIs, front-end widgets, and any server components required to keep latency low and audio clear across modern browsers and iOS/Android apps. • Deliver setup instructions plus brief documentation showing how to: – authenticate users/agents, – record or log conversations, – adjust branding and colors, – monitor basic call stats. I already have REST endpoints for user accounts; you can extend or wrap them as needed. Code should be clean, commented, and ready for future feature add-ons like video.
