I want a web-based Real Estate SALES CRM that can blast WhatsApp messages in bulk, capture every reply, and automatically tag each prospect as hot, warm, or cold. As further conversations unfold, the system must keep updating the lead status and pipeline stage so my team always knows what to do next. Core workflow 1. I upload or import contacts, write one or more message templates, and launch the campaign. 2. Replies flow straight back into the CRM; the app parses answers against simple rules I define (keywords, buttons, numbers) to set the initial temperature of the lead. 3. Inside the web dashboard we can move the lead, add notes, schedule tasks or calls, and let the system record every touch-point automatically. Must-haves • Web architecture— Mobilr friendly • Robust user authentication with multiple roles and granular permissions (admin, agent, manager, etc.). • Full CRUD on contacts, deals, and activities; Kanban-style view is ideal. • Activity timeline, basic analytics (sent, delivered, replied, conversion), and export to CSV. • Responsive UI so agents can work from tablets or phones even though it is primarily web. . Need to completely deploy on website and hosting Deliverables • Complete, well-documented source code in a public or private Git repository. • README with setup instructions, environment variables, and any third-party keys required. • Database schema (SQL or NoSQL) and migration scripts. • One-click deploy guide for either Docker or a mainstream cloud platform. • Brief hand-off call or video walkthrough. Acceptance will be based on: – Successful bulk send and reply capture in a live test account. – Accurate auto-tagging to the correct hot/warm/cold bucket. – Role-based access working as specified. – No hard-coded credentials; environment driven configuration only. Tech stack is flexible—Laravel, Django, Node.js + React, or something similar are all fine as long as the code is clean and the licence permits commercial use.
