I need a secure, web-based CRM that comes with two back-office roles—Super Admin and Admin—plus a sales-automation module on the user side. The critical requirement is seamless, near real-time synchronisation with Tally Prime: every customer, product, invoice or payment entered in the CRM must instantly appear inside Tally, and any edits in Tally should flow back to the CRM without data loss or duplicates. Core scope • Multi-tier access: Super Admin to manage tenants, users and system settings; Admin to handle day-to-day configuration for a single company. • Sales automation: lead capture, opportunity stages, quotation and order generation, basic pipeline dashboards. • Tally Prime bridge: two-way data sync using the official Tally XML/ODBC interfaces (or a proven alternative you propose) with clear mapping tables for contacts, stock, ledger and vouchers. • Web technologies only; responsive design so users can work comfortably from desktop or mobile browsers. • Role-based security, audit logs and a clean REST API so future modules—such as customer management or analytics—can be added later.
