Budget: $2,500 CAD (Firm) We are looking for an experienced developer to build a web-based platform integrated into our existing website. The platform will consist of three user portals and integrate with our existing Zapier lead distribution system. Platform Overview: The system will include the following portals: Service Provider Portal Customer Portal Admin Panel All users (service providers, customers, and admin) must have secure sign-up and login functionality. Core Functionality will be as following: Service Provider Portal: Service providers can sign in to view leads assigned to them. Leads currently sent via email through Zapier will instead appear inside this portal. Providers should be able to view and engage with assigned leads. Customer Portal: Customers can create an account and submit service requests. Requests submitted through the website should follow the same lead distribution algorithm currently used in Zapier. Admin Panel: Manage and monitor platform activity. Oversee service providers, customers, and lead distribution. Ability to control or review lead assignments. Zapier Integration: We already have a working Zapier workflow and lead distribution algorithm. The goal is to: Integrate the existing Zapier system into the website Display leads inside the Service Provider portal instead of sending them via email Apply the same lead distribution logic to customer requests submitted directly through the website Essentially, the objective is to unify the entire lead process within the website platform. Zapier integrations 5. Vapi integration The platform is for a home improvement services marketplace.
