I need a lean, working prototype of a warehouse management system that covers our day-to-day essentials without the bells and whistles. The core features I must see in this first build are: • Inventory tracking – add, edit and search stock items quickly. • Order management – create and update orders, then tie them back to inventory levels. • Shipment tracking – mark orders as dispatched and record basic delivery details. Real-time updates are critical so that any change made on one device becomes visible on the others almost instantly. The prototype has to run on a Windows desktop (for the office) and an Android handset or tablet (for the floor). A clean, intuitive UI matters more to me than a long feature list. I’m happy to work with popular stacks such as .NET, Java, Flutter or React Native—use whatever lets you deliver a stable, easily maintainable codebase within the tight scope. All I expect at this stage is: • An installable Windows build and an Android APK. • Simple documentation covering setup, key modules and how to extend the code later. • A short hand-off call or screen-share to walk me through the workflow. Keep the architecture modular so we can bolt on extras down the line, but focus now on getting the basic flow solid and reliable.
