I need a professional 3D designer to create a humanoid-style robot upper body based on the attached reference image (similar to the latest render I provided — smooth, minimal, and fully connected). This robot body will be mounted on top of my existing aluminum car chassis with 4 TT motors. ⸻ Design Requirements: 1. The design should have a simple and modern humanoid appearance, similar to a service robot, without a screen. 2. The lower section should merge smoothly with the car base, creating a continuous and integrated body (the wheels can remain visible). 3. The arms should include mounting slots for DS3218 servo motors (one per arm) to allow basic lifting or rotation motion. 4. Include one or two internal shelves inside the torso for components such as: • ESP32-CAM board • L298N motor driver • 3.7V Li-ion batteries 5. Add a front opening in the chest area for the ESP32-CAM camera lens (OV2640), with a small clean frame around the lens. 6. The total height (including the car base) should be approximately 1.5 meters, adjustable if needed. 7. The body should be modular — divided into printable sections (head, torso, arms, and base connector). 8. Include mounting holes or brackets for attaching the upper body securely to the car chassis. 9. The design must be lightweight and optimized for 3D printing (STL format). 10. Add ventilation holes or small side openings near the internal shelves to prevent overheating of electronic components. 11. Allow internal wire routing paths for servo and power connections. ⸻ Electronics used in the project: • 4 × TT Motors • 1 × L298N Motor Driver • 1 × ESP32-CAM (Wi-Fi controlled, HTML interface) • 2 × 3.7V Li-ion Batteries • 2 × DS3218 Servo Motors (for the robot arms) ⸻ Design Notes: • The robot body should look smooth and continuous, with the car base visually blending into the robot’s lower structure. • The internal shelves must be easy to access for maintenance and wiring. • The chest camera opening should be aligned with the front view for a natural robot look. • No exposed wiring or sharp edges. • Keep the structure light but stable, with balanced weight distribution. ⸻ Deliverables: • Final STL files ready for 3D printing. • Source files (STEP, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks). • High-quality renders (front, side, and back views).
