The look must be bright and vibrant—think energetic colours and a fresh feel rather than neutral or dark tones. The model needs to show the full room envelope and include: • Desks, chairs and storage units laid out according to the 2-D drawing • A fully built-in covered pantry • An enclosed cabin with finished walls and door • A welcoming entrance zone with both side walls and any elevation changes modelled so the render feels like the real room I’d like the entrance and the cabin to read as clear focal points, so please give them a little extra design attention. Deliverables • High-resolution still renders from at least two angles • The editable 3-D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar—use what you are most comfortable with) • One round of minor revisions to fine-tune furniture placement or colours Everything else—from material suggestions to lighting—can follow your own creative judgement as long as it stays within the bright, energetic theme.
