I’m looking to have a single code-base application that lets me control every aspect of my vehicles from both my phone (iOS and Android) and any modern browser. Core needs • Vehicle maintenance tracking – I want to log each service, set the next due date or mileage, and receive a clear overview of upcoming tasks. • Fuel consumption logs – quick entry of fill-ups with automatic cost and efficiency summaries. • Trip history – origin, destination, distance, and purpose stored for later reporting. • Employee transport attendance management – a simple check-in / check-out workflow so I know who used which vehicle and when. Scope of work You’ll design the UI/UX, build the cross-platform mobile apps and a responsive web portal, connect them to a single back-end database (stack is your choice: Firebase, Node/Express, Django, Laravel, etc.), and deliver clean, well-documented source code plus an API so future integrations remain straightforward. Deliverables 1. Production-ready iOS & Android apps (App Store / Google Play packages) 2. Responsive web app deployed to my hosting or a cloud platform we agree on 3. Secure back-end with user authentication and role management 4. Complete database schema and migration scripts 5. Source code in a public or private repo of my choosing, with setup instructions 6. Brief hand-over session and basic documentation covering build, deploy, and feature use Acceptance criteria • All four features operate smoothly across devices with real-time data sync. • No critical errors or crashes during a 7-day test period. • Code passes basic linting/tests and is structured for future feature expansion. If you have prior experience with fleet or asset management apps, that will be a big plus. Let’s discuss your preferred tech stack and timeline so we can get this rolling.
