The brief covers both exterior residential design and the interior fit-out, so fluency in coordinating plans, sections, elevations, and 3D views within a single Vectorworks file is essential. The aesthetic is firmly Modern—clean lines, open volumes, minimal ornamentation—so every drawing and model element must reinforce that language. Deliverables - Build a detailed 3D BIM model of the residence • A tidy, well-structured Vectorworks file (classes, layers, and resources clearly organised) • Updated floor plans, elevations, sections, and sheet layouts ready for printing at scale • 3D views/perspective renderings that communicate materials and lighting in keeping with the modern palette • PDF and, where required, DWG exports for consultants and client presentations Acceptance Criteria • All geometry remains native Vectorworks, properly classed, and free of unused resources • Dimensions and viewports are associative and sheet titles are correctly referenced • Final output accurately reflects the intended modern style in both architectural and interior elements I’ll provide the current file, site data, and mood imagery once we agree to proceed, and I’m available for quick feedback cycles to keep momentum high.
