I’m taking my current site back to the workbench with one clear priority: dramatically better user experience. The three areas I need you to tackle first are navigation, loading speed, and accessibility. Navigation comes at the top of the list. I want a simpler, more intuitive menu structure supported by clear breadcrumb trails so visitors always know where they are and how to get back. While refactoring the information architecture, keep SEO-friendly URLs intact. Speed is next. I’d like to see consistent sub-two-second page loads. Feel free to bring whatever performance-boosting tricks you trust—lazy-loading, code splitting, image optimisation, server-side caching, Lighthouse audits—so long as the gains are measurable. Finally, accessibility must meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Alt text, ARIA labels, colour-contrast fixes, and keyboard-only navigation must all be in place before sign-off. Deliverables • Revised site map and wireframes reflecting the new menu hierarchy and breadcrumb scheme • Fully coded front-end with performance improvements validated by a Lighthouse report (mobile & desktop) • Accessibility audit report plus implemented fixes proving WCAG 2.1 AA compliance • Deployment to staging and light documentation outlining what was changed and how to maintain the new setup Everything is built on a standard LAMP stack with a bit of vanilla JavaScript; no framework lock-in. If you can demonstrate previous success in UX-led revamps and back it up with hard metrics, I’m ready to hand you the keys.
