Job Brief: [URGENT 48H] Full-Stack Developer for Bioprocess Analytics Demo Overview Seeking a senior Full-Stack Developer or specialized Team to build a technical analytics demo within a strict 48-hour deadline. This project involves creating a high-fidelity "happy-path" application that processes bioprocess data from ingestion to predictive optimization. Technical Stack Frontend: React (Vite) + Tailwind CSS + Recharts/Tremor. Backend: FastAPI (Python 3.10+). Data Science: Pandas, Scikit-Learn (Random Forest), NumPy. Infrastructure: GCP Cloud Run (Dockerized). Key Requirements Data Ingestion & Cleaning: Drag-and-drop CSV upload with automated diagnostic scoring and remediation (linear interpolation/forward fill). Bioprocess Dashboard: Professional, clean white UI. Interactive charts showing time-series data with automated phase shading (Lag, Exp, Stationary) and a Radar chart for batch benchmarking. Calculated Metrics: Backend must compute Specific Growth Rate ($\mu$), Specific Production Rate ($q_p$), and Yields ($Y_{p/s}$) in real-time. Simulation & Optimization: A "Digital Twin" slider interface for real-time parameter prediction and a bounded optimization search to recommend process improvements. GCP Deployment: Must be deployed on GCP Cloud Run using Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP) for restricted access. Deliverables Fully functional, containerized application.
