The job is straightforward but must be handled with extreme accuracy and total respect for confidentiality: updating every customer record to reflect their current contact information, preferences, and any recent notes already captured in our system. I will provide a direct export from the CRM (CSV and direct login) along with clear field-by-field instructions so you know exactly what belongs where. You will see duplicate entries, outdated phone numbers, and occasional typos that need correction. Cross-checking against the source spreadsheet and online references I provide is part of the job. A keen eye for detail and strong keyboard speed will make the process smooth; familiarity with common CRMs or Google Sheets is helpful but not mandatory as long as you learn fast. Deliverables for this engagement: • Every customer record reviewed and updated as per the instructions, with no blanks left where data is available • A brief audit report summarising total records touched and any issues you could not resolve • All work completed and returned to me in the original format so it can be re-imported without additional re-mapping I need the first batch back within 24 hours of project award, and the full file finished as soon as humanly possible after that.
