I need a lightweight internal webpage that lets a user: • browse and select any file type • pick recipients straight from our Outlook Global Address List • hit “Send” to finish the process Behind the scenes the solution must, instantly and without manual intervention, copy the uploaded file to a fixed network share I will specify. Right after that it should send an Exchange email to the chosen recipients that includes: – file name and full path on the share – upload time stamp – the uploader’s user ID or display name Key points • Works only on our intranet; no external access required. • Authentication can rely on integrated Windows/AD credentials so the uploader info is accurate. • Exchange Server–compatible APIs or EWS must be used for GAL lookup and message dispatch. • Clean, minimal UI: one file-picker, a GAL search/selector, and a confirmation button. Deliverables 1. Fully functional web page (frontend + backend) running on IIS. 2. Server-side code that handles the file move, email creation, and basic error logging. 3. A short deployment and configuration guide so I can adjust share paths or server names later. 4. Brief hand-off session or README covering prerequisites (.NET version, Exchange permissions, etc.).
