Unity-Ready Humanoid GLB Export

I’ve finished sculpting and texturing a high-detail humanoid in Blender and now need it delivered as a single .glb file that slots straight into Unity’s Humanoid rig system. All textures are 4K, PBR-ready and must stay exactly as they look in Blender, including normal, roughness, metallic and AO maps. The rig is already in place; what I’m missing is a clean export pipeline that keeps bone names, weights and realistic materials intact while embedding two loopable animations: walk and run. No facial or idle work is required—just those locomotion cycles baked properly at 30 fps so Unity can detect them as separate clips under the Import Settings. Please make sure: • Materials are set to glTF-compatible nodes before export. • File size is optimized without compressing textures or losing detail. • The resulting .glb opens in a fresh Unity project, automatically maps to Humanoid, and plays both animations without foot sliding. When you’re done, send over: 1. The final .glb. 2. A quick screen-grab or short video showing the import and animation clips working in Unity.
