The build needs two tightly connected modules: CRM The platform must let me store and segment contacts, track every deal through a customisable pipeline, and generate real-time sales reports I can export on demand. Automated email workflows, drip campaigns or other light marketing automation should trigger from deal stages or contact behaviour, keeping outreach consistent without manual work. Team Management Inside the same interface my team should be able to assign tasks, update their status, chat or comment in context, and see simple performance analytics that turn task data into individual and team-level insights.
