I’m creating a small-scale roleplay game set in a real UK neighbourhood and need someone to lay down the first stretch of streets and medium-detail placeholder houses. Scope • Reproduce the main road layout from the chosen area, including junctions, pavements, kerbs, and basic street furniture. • Populate both sides of each road with modular houses that match the real-world scale and style—terraced, semis, or detached as the street requires—without going into fine interior work. Exterior silhouettes, rooflines, and window/door placement should feel recognisably British but remain optimised. • Keep materials and textures lightweight so the scene runs smoothly in a live roleplay setting. Workflow I can supply Google Maps links, screenshots, or on-site photos once we start. From there, I’d like to review a simple block-out first, then iterate to the agreed medium detail. Tools Use whichever platform you’re fastest in—Unreal, Unity, Roblox Studio, or Blender for export—as long as the final asset bundle can be handed over in FBX or the native engine format we agree on. Deliverables 1. Road network in game-ready form. 2. A library of modular house assets (outer shell only, medium detail). 3. A sample scene showing the streets fully assembled. If you’re comfortable with British architectural quirks and efficient level building, I’d love to get this foundation in place so we can expand the town later.
