I’m building a cross-platform mobile application that seamlessly serves both passengers and drivers for two core services—ride-hailing and food delivery. The vision is an intuitive, real-time platform where a user can hail a car or order a meal from the same account and enjoy the same smooth experience either way. Key functionality I need engineered includes: • Real-time tracking so every ride or delivery can be followed live on a map from pickup to drop-off. • In-app payments that support major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus wallet balance for tips and refunds. • Ratings and reviews for passengers, drivers, and eateries, feeding directly into user profiles for quality control. A single codebase that compiles cleanly to native iOS and Android is ideal, but I’m open to a well-structured Flutter or React Native approach if overall performance is on par with native. You’ll also set up a web-based admin console where I can manage users, pricing zones, promo codes, menus, and resolve support tickets. Deliverables I expect: 1. Passenger & driver mobile apps fully tested and ready for App Store and Play Store submission. 2. Admin dashboard deployed to my cloud account. 3. Well-documented source code in a private Git repository, including setup scripts and build instructions. 4. Basic deployment pipeline so updates can roll out with minimal downtime.
