PAYMENT FLOW (IMPORTANT) Must be implemented using Stripe Connect Custom Accounts. Required Payment Logic: When client creates a job, their payment method is charged immediately. Funds go into Stripe Escrow (Loadit’s platform balance). Job is completed → driver confirms delivery. Client receives delivery confirmation. Funds are automatically released: Driver receives (job price – platform commission). Loadit receives commission via Stripe automatic split. Refunds must be possible through Admin Panel: Client cancellation before driver accepts = full refund Cancellation after driver accepts = cancellation fee Failed delivery = admin chooses refund option This payment flow is non-negotiable and must be implemented exactly. 5.
