I’m launching two residential cleaning brands and each one needs its own ultra-lean WordPress site that scores 90 + on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop. The design direction is modern: lots of white space, crisp typography, clean iconography, and absolutely no bulky builders or theme bloat. A lightweight framework such as GeneratePress, Astra, Neve, or a similarly minimal starter theme is fine—anything heavier is not. Code should be tidy, images optimised, critical CSS inlined where useful, and core web vitals comfortably in the green. The finished sites must be fully responsive and search-engine friendly right out of the gate. Deliverables • Two separate WordPress installs, each with: Home, Services, Pricing, FAQs, About, Contact • Simple booking / contact form on every site (spam-protected) • Meta titles, descriptions, alt tags, and basic local-service schema inserted • Analytics and Search Console connected • Final PageSpeed screenshots proving 90 + scores on both views Include with your proposal: exactly three links to sites you’ve built that already hit these speed targets, screenshots of their PageSpeed results, your timeline from kickoff to hand-over, and one fixed price covering both builds. Submissions missing any of those items will be skipped. Delivery ends with admin credentials, theme / plugin exports, and a short care guide so I can tweak copy or images without touching code.
