I want to launch an AI-driven answering service that picks up every incoming business call, greets the caller in one of two languages (we will decide which two), supplies up-to-date promotional details, then either routes the call to the correct extension or sends the caller to voicemail. Immediately after each interaction the system must text me a concise summary that includes the caller’s number and any promotion shared. Twilio is my preferred backbone, so please take advantage of Twilio Voice, Studio, and any relevant speech-to-text / text-to-speech engines to keep costs predictable and quality high.
