Two-Language AI Call Handler

I want to launch an AI-driven answering service that picks up every incoming business call, greets the caller in one of two languages (we will decide which two), supplies up-to-date promotional details, then either routes the call to the correct extension or sends the caller to voicemail. Immediately after each interaction the system must text me a concise summary that includes the caller’s number and any promotion shared. Twilio is my preferred backbone, so please take advantage of Twilio Voice, Studio, and any relevant speech-to-text / text-to-speech engines to keep costs predictable and quality high. If another cloud telephony tool makes more sense, feel free to explain why. Key deliverables • Production-ready voice workflow that answers, detects language, provides promo info, and performs intelligent call routing • SMS notification module that delivers caller summaries and promotion details to my phone in real time • Simple web or dashboard interface where I can change promotions, update routing rules, and view call logs without touching code • Documentation and a brief hand-over session showing me how to maintain, extend, and resell the service Acceptance criteria • Calls are picked up in under two rings and language selection works reliably • AI responses sound natural, avoid dead air, and never mispronounce promo text • Routing and SMS alerts are tested end-to-end with at least three live numbers • All code, config, and environment variables are handed over, ready for my own hosting If this build looks straightforward to you, include a short outline of the tech stack, any third-party APIs you would add, and the timeline you need to hit the above benchmarks.
