I need our Zoho environment linked with Twilio so that any incoming call to our existing toll-free number shows our current caller ID and is immediately forwarded to a single destination number. Outbound calls placed from Zoho should present that same toll-free ID as well. Scope of work • Configure Twilio voice trunk to recognize and present our verified toll-free caller ID. • Build the Zoho integration (either via Zoho PhoneBridge, Functions, or REST hooks—whichever you think is cleaner) that triggers call events, logs them to the contact record, and lets users click-to-dial. • Set the voice routing rule so every incoming call is forwarded without condition to the number I will supply. No IVR or conditional logic needed. Acceptance criteria – A test inbound call rings through Zoho, forwards to the target number, and displays the correct toll-free ID. – An outbound call initiated from Zoho uses the same caller ID and is logged on the lead/contact record with duration and basic metadata. I already have both Twilio and Zoho accounts ready with admin access and the toll-free number verified.
