I’ve put together a rough script for populating a small 1500-1600s village and now need professionally crafted assets to drop straight in. I’m after a semi-realistic Tudor look and would like a cohesive mini-set of highly detailed, fully-interior buildings that can be duplicated around the scene. Here’s exactly what I need delivered: • One-storey cottage • Two-storey cottage • Narrow one-storey cottage (same style, reduced width) • Narrow two-storey cottage • Schoolhouse • Town meeting / trial hall All six models should share the same material vocabulary so they sit naturally together, and each must be fully modeled inside and out—floors, beams, hearths, stairs, doors, and any era-appropriate interior trim. A moderate polycount that balances realism with real-time performance is ideal; clean UVs and logically named texture sets will make integration much easier on my end. If you normally export to OBJ or FBX that works perfectly for me—just let me know your preference so I can line up the import pipeline. PBR textures (base color, metallic, roughness, normal, AO) in 2K are fine unless your workflow dictates otherwise. I’ll be available for quick feedback as you progress, and can provide reference images or style notes whenever you need them. Let me know your timeframe and any milestones you recommend so we can get this Tudor village standing as soon as possible.
