تطوير بوت واتساب للموارد البشرية

نبحث عن مطوّر فريلانسر لتطوير بوت واتساب تجريبي (Standalone) لخدمات الموارد البشرية. المشروع في مرحلته الأولى يهدف إلى اختبار الفكرة وتجربة المستخدم، ولن يتم ربطه بنظام HRMS في الوقت الحالي. المهام الأساسية: • إنشاء محادثة تفاعلية عبر واتساب تتيح للموظف إرسال طلبات أو استفسارات متعلقة بالموارد البشرية. • إرسال إشعارات إلى المدير لمراجعة الطلب أو الرد عليه مباشرة من واتساب. • إشعار الموظف بنتيجة الرد (قبول، رفض، أو توضيح). • التحقق من الموظف سيكون عبر رسالة تُرسل إلى المدير. نفضل مطوّر لديه خبرة في WhatsApp Business API أو Twilio WhatsApp. يرجى ذكر التقنية المقترحة، والمدة، والتكلفة في العرض. ‏We are looking for a freelancer to develop a standalone WhatsApp HR bot for internal HR services. ‏This is an initial pilot phase focused on testing the concept and user experience, with no HRMS integration at this stage. ‏Main Tasks: ‏ • Create an interactive WhatsApp chat where employees can send HR-related requests or inquiries. ‏ • Send notifications to managers to review and respond directly via WhatsApp. ‏ • Notify employees with the manager’s response (approved, rejected, or clarification). ‏ • Employee verification will be handled through a message sent to the manager. ‏We prefer developers with experience in WhatsApp Business API or Twilio WhatsApp. ‏Please include your proposed tech stack, estimated duration, and cost in your proposal.
