I’m preparing to secure outline planning permission for a new single-storey, traditionally styled residential build and need a designer who can translate my concept into a planning-ready package. Here’s what I’m looking for: • Scaled site layout, floor plan, roof plan and four external elevations that reflect a classic, timeless aesthetic rather than a modern or eco-contemporary look. • A concise design statement that explains how the proposal meets typical residential planning criteria (mass, scale, access, landscaping, materials). • A simple 3D massing or perspective view to help communicate the form to planners and neighbours. Please deliver print-ready PDFs plus editable source files (DWG, SKP or similar) so minor tweaks can be made before submission. Prior experience with UK or comparable planning regimes is a bonus, as is familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp workflow. I’ll provide the site survey, photos and footprint ideas on award. If this outline stage is approved there’s potential to move on to the full building regs package together, so clarity, accuracy and good communication are essential.
