I need a web application, with an acceptable cross-platform option if the cost is realistic, designed to handle a specific workflow involving SMS or WhatsApp messages. The app should integrate directly with device messaging apps to receive messages from suppliers. It will need to extract key data from these messages, including dates, timestamps, product or order details, sender's contact information, OTPs, and agent contact details. This extracted data will then be formatted into a JSON text file and sent to a third-party algorithm. Once the third-party algorithm processes the JSON, the response should be converted into a QR code. This QR code will then be sent to the appropriate agent. The app must also maintain separate lists for suppliers, agents, and past messages. Attention to efficiency, smooth integration, and user experience is essential, and I am open to discussions about feasible platforms (web or cross-platform) to keep the cost within reason.
