Title Telegram Python Developer Needed – Monthly Bulk Member Adding Script (Telethon / Pyrogram) Description I am looking for an experienced Python developer who has previous experience working with Telegram automation using Telethon or Pyrogram. This is a recurring monthly task. I already have a list of Telegram usernames stored in a .txt file. The users are already filtered based on my requirements, so no additional filtering or scraping is needed. Your only responsibility will be adding these users to my Telegram group using a safe and reliable script. Task Details • I will send a .txt file containing around 5,000 Telegram usernames. • The usernames are already prepared and filtered. • Your task is only to add these users to my Telegram group using a script. • No group management, no moderation, and no user collection is required. • This task usually happens twice per month, but sometimes it may be once or more depending on the situation. Technical Requirements • Build or use a stable bulk member adding script using Telethon or Pyrogram (MTProto / userbot method). • The script must safely handle Telegram limits. • Implement proper delays to avoid restrictions. • Handle flood waits and rate limits automatically. • Handle errors and retry when possible. • Support multiple sessions/accounts if necessary to complete the task safely. Reporting After each run I need a simple report showing: • How many users were successfully added • How many failed • How many were blocked or restricted Important Requirement The group must remain safe and must not receive restrictions from Telegram. Safe adding practices are required. Payment Payment is based on results. You will be paid for every successfully added batch of 5,000 users. Because some users may have privacy settings that prevent being added to groups, it is expected that not all users from a list will be added successfully. I will provide new lists regularly based on the results. This is not daily work. It is a recurring task that usually happens once or twice per month.
