Our company is taking a 6 × 6-metre space at an upcoming exhibition and we want to turn it into an immersive, technology-focused environment that instantly communicates innovation. The booth must follow a thematic approach rather than a generic modular look, using clean lines, subtle lighting effects, interactive screens and plenty of room for live demos. I’ll provide brand guidelines, product visuals and dimensions of the allocated space. From you, I need concept sketches that quickly capture the idea, followed by a detailed 3D render that shows materials, lighting, furniture placement and traffic flow. A basic floor plan with accurate measurements is required for the event organiser’s approval, plus a materials list so our local fabricator can quote production costs. Key deliverables: • Two to three concept sketches for direction sign-off • High-resolution 3D renderings (day and evening lighting) • Scaled floor plan (metric) with furniture and power points marked • Materials and finishes schedule All files should arrive in editable formats—PDF for sign-off documents, plus the original source (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) so final tweaks are possible in-house. If you have previous examples of technology-themed booths, sharing them with your proposal will speed up the selection process. The deadline for the final approved design is three weeks from project kick-off, with an interim review after the concept stage.
