Are you a seasoned developer who loves to teach as much as you love to build? We are looking for a Technical Instructor & Senior Full-Stack Developer to act as a primary coding partner and mentor. In this role, you won't just be "another dev" on a ticket; you will be the go-to expert when things get complex, helping to solve architectural puzzles and debugging deep-rooted issues. The Role We are already leveraging AI tools to speed up our workflow. What we need now is human expertise. We are looking for someone who can provide the nuance, experience, and deep architectural understanding that AI often misses. You will be supporting our lead developer by pairing on complex tasks, reviewing code, and providing instructional guidance. Technical Requirements We need a true Full-Stack expert with a solid track record in the following: • Backend: High proficiency in Python and Django. • Frontend: Strong skills in Vue.js, along with expert-level HTML5 and CSS3. • Architecture: Ability to design scalable systems and clean API structures. • Problem Solving: Exceptional debugging skills—you should be able to find the "needle in the haystack" when standard fixes fail. Communication & Mentorship • Active Collaboration: You will participate in meetings to brainstorm solutions and provide human-driven technical input. • Instructional Mindset: You can explain complex concepts clearly and help others level up their coding skills. • English Fluency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Note on AI Tools While we value efficiency, we are not looking for a developer who relies solely on AI-generated code. We already use these tools internally. We are specifically looking for a partner who brings original thought, critical thinking, and years of hands-on experience to the table.
