We are building a workflow-driven legal execution platform that converts procedural law and court rules into machine-executable software workflows. Unlike research databases or AI drafting tools, Lawgico focuses on procedural execution, enabling: • Court-ready drafting • Structured case summaries • Step-by-step procedural guidance • Embedded compliance logic Our goal is to standardize legal execution across Indian courts through software workflows. The founding team comprises advocates with direct High Court exposure and experience in judicial research and procedural compliance. We are currently preparing for incubation and seed funding rounds. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a technical co-founder / CTO who can: • Architect and build the core workflow automation engine • Design scalable backend infrastructure • Integrate AI (LLM + RAG) responsibly within structured workflows • Lead product development and future tech hiring • Contribute to long-term technical vision This is not a short-term freelance assignment. We are looking for a committed partner to join as CTO in exchange for equity. Preferred Technical Profile • Strong experience in backend development (Node.js / Python / similar) • Experience building SaaS products from scratch • Familiarity with AI/LLM integration (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, etc.) • Experience with scalable cloud architecture (AWS / GCP) • Understanding of workflow engines or rule-based systems (preferred) • Interest in legal-tech / gov-tech / deep process automation Startup experience or 0→1 product build experience is highly preferred.
