Design a clean, tablet-sized layout that follows Teams UI guidelines. 2. Build the Power App with connections to Microsoft Graph or other native connectors to retrieve, create, and join meetings. 3. Package the finished .msapp file and supply step-by-step deployment instructions for adding it to a Teams channel or kiosk tab. 4. Supply brief user documentation plus notes on how to extend fields (e.g., adding room equipment or catering options) later on.
