I want to build a simple AI web tool called NoticeIQ. The tool is designed for Chartered Accountants to analyze tax notices and generate structured draft replies. Users will enter notice details in a form (notice section, issue raised, facts, documents etc.). The system should send the prompt to OpenAI API and generate structured professional output including: • notice analysis • key issues identified • probability of demand • officer expected documents • document checklist • suggested supporting annexures • reconciliation requirement (AIS / GST etc.) • structured draft reply format Important requirement: Users should not see ChatGPT interface. The tool should run independently using OpenAI API. Website requirements: • simple login • input form • AI response page • Razorpay payment integration • clean professional interface This is a simple MVP web tool, not a complex SaaS platform.
