The ideal candidate has deep expertise in private company taxation and thrives in a growth-focused, team-oriented environment. Key Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a business-related field - CPA designation - 10–15 years of experience in public accounting, primarily focused on private client taxation - Recent experience leading all aspects of client engagements and driving business growth - Proficiency in entity taxation (partnership, S Corporation, C Corporation) and individual taxation - Experience with state and local/franchise tax for multi-state filers - Familiarity with fiduciary, gift, and estate taxation Compensation - Base Salary: $142,500 – $263,000 CAD - Bonus Structure: Performance-based (to be discussed) - Work Location: Head Office – Toronto, Ontario - Relocation: Not available About the Company Our client is a global professional services firm ranked among the leading providers to the middle market.
