I need a fully-featured, cross-platform real estate application for the Tanzanian market that mirrors the overall user experience of Zillow. The build must target both Android and iOS, with the Android version taken all the way through upload and live testing inside my own Google Play Developer console. Core experience • Dynamic property listings that can be filtered, saved and shared • Google Maps (or comparable) integration for location search and neighbourhood view • User reviews and ratings tied to individual listings and agents • Push notifications for new matches, price changes and messages • Advanced search (price range, bedrooms, amenities, distance, etc.) • In-app language switcher so users can toggle between English and Swahili • Distinct sign-up flows, dashboards and permissions for buyers, sellers and agents Beyond the app itself, I will supply the store-ready assets and a fresh Firebase/REST backend. Your deliverable covers: 1. Complete UI/UX implementation and responsive layouts. 2. Integration of the above features with the backend endpoints. 3. End-to-end testing on both platforms, then publishing and internal test track release through my Google Play console (I’ll provide access). 4. Handover of source code, build instructions and a brief video walkthrough of key admin screens. React Native, Flutter or native stacks are all acceptable as long as the final binaries meet current Google Play and App Store requirements. Acceptance is based on a smooth sign-up flow, accurate map rendering in Dar es Salaam test data, bilingual toggle without reload, and a successful Play Store internal test release.
