While the whole historical ledger has to come across, I want particular attention paid to the activity between Jan 2024 and Oct 2025 so that period is clean, searchable, and ready for statutory reporting. The job starts with extracting data from Tally Prime, mapping it to the Zoho Books structure, and then importing it via Zoho’s native tools or API. Opening balances, GST breakup, invoice numbers, reference links, and attachments (where available) must stay intact. Once the import is complete, I’ll need a trial balance in Zoho that matches Tally, bank reconciliations showing zero variance, and a quick walkthrough of the migration steps you used so I can replicate the process in-house if needed.
