I already have a custom internal site where staff log in to view their checklists and our policies / procedures. I now need a small round of upgrades focused on two areas: 1. Core addition • Connect the portal to our other daily tools—inventory management, email, and Google Workspace—so that data can flow in and out seamlessly. A light, proof-of-concept link is all that is required for now (e.g., pulling key inventory figures, auto-emailing task summaries, reading Google Sheets data). 2. Task experience tweak • Reorganise the existing task list so items are grouped more intuitively (drag-and-drop or similar). No new template system or progress bar—just cleaner grouping so employees find what they need faster. The site is already running; I can give you access and a quick rundown of the current architecture. A concise, well-commented code update plus a brief read-me explaining how to enable the integrations will be the accepted deliverable. Ideal experience: previous work with REST or webhook integrations and a good eye for straightforward UI tidying.
