I need a complete Revit model of a multi-storey tower that matches a course brief I’ll share once we start. Alongside the 3D model, I also require fully developed floor plans, sections and basic elevations so the design can be critiqued in studio. Sustainability is a must. I’m specifically looking for energy-efficient systems to be integrated and documented in the model—think low-consumption HVAC layouts, high-performance glazing and sensible daylighting schemes. If you have good ideas for items like green roofing or rain-water harvesting, feel free to flag them for discussion, but they are not mandatory.
