You’ll be the first voice our guests hear when calling any of our motel locations after hours, so a calm, confident, and professional phone presence is essential. Overnight, your focus will be on two main priorities: answering guest questions, including directions, billing questions, and special requests, and handling real-time reservations in our cloud-based system. Since most callers are on the road, speed and clear communication are crucial. We’re looking for agents with solid experience navigating rate plans, room types, and availability screens independently, while still following our call-flow script and brand standards. Previous front desk or remote reservations experience at a hotel chain is a strong plus. During your shift, you’ll answer inbound calls promptly, resolve or escalate service issues, and document interactions in the reservation platform. You’ll also convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, process payments, and send confirmation emails. Additionally, you’ll report recurring issues or patterns to help improve on-site operations. Applicants should have intermediate customer service or hospitality experience, hands-on experience with hotel or motel reservation software, and a reliable high-quality headset, quiet workspace, and stable internet capable of supporting VoIP. Shifts are scheduled weekly, and we’re flexible on time zones as long as overnight coverage is maintained.
