I need a clean, to-scale 3D model that shows how a new sunroom will sit against my existing house. This is strictly for concept visualization, so a basic structural shell is enough—walls, roofline, door and window openings, and the way it joins the current exterior. No interior décor or photo-real textures are required. I don’t have any drawings yet, only rough ideas and reference photos of the house, so part of the job is translating those into simple digital plans before modelling. You’re free to work in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Blender, or another mainstream tool as long as the final file can be opened for later refinement. Deliverables: • One editable 3D model file showing the sunroom attached to the house • A couple of still images or a quick turn-table video so I can review proportions without special software I’ll provide photos, approximate dimensions, and feedback on iterations. The model is considered complete when the overall footprint, roof pitch, window layout, and connection to the existing structure match the agreed concept.
