I need an air baffle for my Sun E450 to improve ventilation within the general chassis interior. The baffle should be made of plastic. Key Requirements: - Designed to fit within the general chassis interior of the Sun E450. - Primary purpose is to improve ventilation. - Constructed from plastic material. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience with designing and fabricating air baffles. - Familiarity with the Sun E450 architecture. - Proficiency in using plastic as a construction material. - Strong understanding of ventilation principles. I have an idea of what I need and I tried to make it in FreeCAD but I just do not have time to learn this software. There are 3D printers locally I could use to print it or, I would be happy to pay you to print the item and ship it to me also. You are free to keep IP to the baffle if you like. There is not a large community for this server, this is a niche enterprise server hobbyist market, but you may be able to make money off of it. This is a very important part and people who run without this part run the risk of burning out their CPU's and this is not a part that is available anywhere for people who are restoring this server as I am. I can provide the dimensions of the part I need, pictures of the server, anything needed. I would be happy to let someone local to me visit and see the server in person. I uploaded my hand drawn images of what I need. measurements are close but they might be off by a small bit. I need an open FreeCAD compatible file unless you are willing to also print the part and ship it to me. the thickness needs to be 3mm all around.
