My Suitedash portal is live, but the user experience is still basic. The next step is to build a branded dashboard and automate common tasks so clients and staff see the right information the moment they log in. Scope of work • Custom dashboard setup – embed performance metrics, task lists, and calendar events in a clean, role-based layout. • Automations – trigger onboarding flows, reminders, and status updates tied to project stages. • Reports & analytics – surface sales data, project progress, and employee performance in downloadable formats. All work must be completed inside Suitedash without external plugins, using the platform’s native builders, Flow automations, and Report templates so future edits remain no-code friendly. Acceptance criteria 1. Dashboard widgets display real-time data with correct permissions for clients, managers, and admins. 2. Automations execute reliably on test accounts and log activity in Suitedash. 3. Reports generate accurate figures and export cleanly to PDF/CSV. Access to the portal, sample data, and brand guidelines will be provided after kickoff.
