Project Scope: Subscription Management and payment gateway integration for our website 1. Overview We are a not-for-profit organization that provides exclusive subscription-based content rather than selling products. The system should be designed to reflect our non-commercial identity, avoiding terms like "selling," "buying," "pricing," or "purchasing" that give the impression of a corporate business. 2. Subscription Structure A. Content Types: 1.Periodical Reports: o Weekly Insight o Monthly Insight 2.Standalone Articles: o Users should be able to access individual articles by making a subscription-based contribution (fee structure to be set by admin). B. Subscription Plans for Reports: 1. Weekly Insight $30 per report (single access). $120 per month (access to all weekly reports for one month). Discounts for advance contributions: o 6-month plan: 20% reduced contribution. o12-month plan: 30% reduced contribution. 2. PICSS Monthly Insight $80 per report (single access). $80 per month (access to one monthly report). Discounts for advance contributions: o 6-month plan: 20% reduced contribution. o 12-month plan: 30% reduced contribution. 3. Subscriber Dashboard & Access Control 1. Personalized Dashboard: o Each subscriber should have a dashboard where they can view and access all reports/articles they have subscribed to. o If a user subscribes for six months, they should be able to revisit reports from any of the months during that period. 2. Partial Access for Non-Subscribers: o Certain parts of the reports/articles will be publicly accessible, while full content will be restricted. 3. Content Protection: o Disable right-click and text copy-paste. o Disable screenshots (if technically possible). 4. Device-Based Access Control: o Prevent credential sharing (limit access to a specific number of devices per user). 5. Printing & Exporting: o Subscribers can print reports freely. o One-click PDF export (with charts & graphs included). o PDF should be protected from copy-pasting or unauthorized sharing. 4. Subscription Management & User Experience 1.User Communication: o Welcome email/message for new subscribers. o Automated renewal reminders before the subscription expires. 2.Invoices & Billing: o Subscribers should be able to generate invoices for their contributions. 5. Payment Integration & Processing 1.Primary Payment Gateway: o Foreepay (https://foree.co) 2.Payoneer Integration: o We already have a Payoneer account and need a way to accept payments via Payoneer. o Subscribers should receive confirmation after payment, and admins should be able to manually update subscriptions if needed. 6. Frontend Integration Subscription options should be clearly visible on the website, with easy navigation. Users should be able to subscribe and manage their plans from their account page. No commercial terms (e.g., "pricing," "selling," "buying") should be used anywhere. 7. Transparency & Security Compliance 1.No Hidden Codes or Unauthorized Admin Access: o The expert must not install any hidden scripts or backdoors that allow them to retain admin access. o All work must be fully transparent, and any violation will result in legal action. 2. Plugin Optimization: o The expert will review all installed plugins and remove unnecessary ones to optimize performance. 3. Detailed Functionality Explanation: o The expert must clearly explain all implemented features before completing the project. Please note that no paid plugin be used at this stage as our expected volume of transactions would be minimal at this stage.
