I need a complete set of drawings for a penstock sluice valve with a clear opening of 500 mm × 500 mm and an overall height that must not exceed 1200 mm. The valve will be fabricated entirely from stainless steel, use a non-rising spindle, and be operated by a square key. I don’t need the design tied to any formal ISO or ANSI certification, but sound engineering practice is expected so the shop can go straight from your files to fabrication. Please supply: • A fully dimensioned general arrangement drawing (PDF + DWG or DXF). • Exploded and assembly views showing the frame, gate, spindle, key interface, seals, and fixings. • A 3D model in SolidWorks, Inventor, or STEP so I can integrate it into our plant layout. • A short bill of materials listing grades and finishes for each part. I will review the DWG and STEP files against the size envelope, verify the square-key drive, and confirm that no component breaks the 1 200 mm height limit before releasing final approval.
