Content must focus on brewing science, office coffee culture, and our specific origins (Ethiopia, Rwanda, Guatemala), as well as seasonal lots (Kenya, Colombia, Brazil, etc.). 1x Social Media Image & Caption: High-quality, minimalist aesthetic for Instagram/Facebook. 1x Instagram Reel: Polished short-form video of brewing, roasting, or coffee lifestyle. 1x TikTok Video: Engaging, brand-aligned vertical video. Candidate Requirements: Journalistic Tone: You must write with authority. We avoid "fluff" and generic AI-style content. Australian Grammar: Perfect command of Australian English (e.g., flavour, specialised, centre). Specialty Knowledge: An understanding of extraction, terroir, and equipment (V60, AeroPress, etc.) is essential. You must be able to write intelligently about our Wait and See signature blend.
