We're are a fast-growing forex trading education company operating across the UK and UAE. We help professionals cut through the noise and build a genuine, structured approach to trading. Our flagship mentorship programmes run at high-ticket, and we spend heavily on paid acquisition to fill them. We also operate two sister brands giving the right hire immediate exposure to three distinct brands and audiences from day one. The Role We're done with agencies. We're hiring our first in-house Performance Creative Lead. One person who takes full ownership of creative output across all three brands. This isn't a design job or a social media management job. It's a direct response creative role. Your work needs to make people stop, think, and book. You'll work closely with the founders and have real autonomy over creative strategy, testing cadence and brand direction. What You'll Do – Own and execute paid ad creative across Meta, an account spending £60k+ per month – Develop and test new creative concepts, hooks and angles on a consistent weekly cadence – Produce organic content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for all three brands – Build and maintain a creative testing system — concept, produce, analyse, iterate – Use AI tools to produce and scale creative variations efficiently – Brief and direct on-camera talent when needed – Monitor performance data and make creative decisions based on what the numbers are telling you – Get our other brands off the ground creatively so both brands have a consistent, compelling presence Who You Are 3+ years in performance creative, paid social or a Meta-focused agency environment You can concept AND execute — you don't need a full creative team around you You already use AI in your workflow (CapCut, Descript, Midjourney, Kling or similar) Your portfolio has Meta ads in it — not just brand work or pretty visuals You understand direct response: hooks, pattern interrupts, objection handling, calls to action You've worked with high-ticket offers, financial content or education — bonus but not essential You're proactive, not reactive — you bring ideas without being asked You can work independently to a high standard without needing daily handholding
