The Smartsheet export gives me an Excel workbook: the main sheet holds every task, and a second sheet holds 260 comment records that must be merged back so each comment lands on the right task. Here is what I need from you: • Combine the two Excel tabs accurately, reconciling every comment to its matching task line. • Map every column—task names, deadlines, assignees, comments, statuses, priorities, plus my custom fields—to the appropriate ClickUp fields. • Create any fresh tags, statuses, or workflow stages inside ClickUp so the imported data behaves exactly as it did in Smartsheet. • Import the finished file, verify data integrity, and spot-check with me. • Spend one extra hour live with my in-house rep, showing them how to maintain the new ClickUp setup.
