You’ll be translating my notes, photos, and existing measurements into a full drawing package that a builder and the local planning office can both rely on. The job covers: • Scaled floor plans, elevations, and one or two key sections showing the new kitchen-dining space in context with the existing house • A simple site plan indicating setbacks, services, and access • PDF sheets for submission plus the original CAD files (DWG or compatible) for future edits I’ll supply the current floor plan, site dimensions, and a rough layout sketch as soon as we start.
